How To Sell My LLC W/ Rehab?
What are the steps I should follow when selling a LLC?
Right now, this LLC owns a rehab that I want a potential buyer/investor to take care of, hence I am looking to sell the LLC to him.
So, what forms I should sign to sell and should I register the sale of the LLC somewhere?

The best way to answer that is contact your state, they should be able to tell you right away. Im not too sure if you can sell an LLC though, usually it exists to serve the person who began it...some states require it to dissolve when the original owner leaves or dies.
