How To Make This Work
I recently found some condos that offer housing assitance programs at discount price. The thing is that it states you cant have real estate held in the last 3 years. I happen to sell a property a few months ago. Iam trying to figure out how i can get this.
I was wondering if iam able to put it under my wifes name, since she wasnt on title of the property i sold, and she quit claimed her portion back, but the trick is she has no credit would it be possible to put her on title but loan on my name.
Or how else can i make this work?

I just asked if i would be able to put it under my wifes name if theres a way to do that. No one is trying to defraud any city or anyone, there no reason to start this whole can of worms about something illegal,
I just simply asked if it could be done, iam not trying to do any fraud and i am going to ask the parties adminstrators the same thing and tell them the same info i said on here. Simple as that.
I read the article regarding assest protection. Fascinating. I am currently setting up my LLC and I am now wondering if he is right. I would love to hear of real incidences where someone was protected by their LLC or similar assest protection entity.
