How To Invest In Senior Housing?

I am trying to find some information on investing in senior housing. Does anyone out there have a good site for info to get started?

    LOL! me too.

    I am looking in Fargo, ND which is supposed to be a hot destination.

    Currently 68 units, permits to build 80 more. Some of which I want to be senior.

    Also looking grant and special finaancing which might be awailable.
