How To Get Pre-qualified
I'm new to this business and need to get a pre-qualify letter before any realtor will take me serious. My credit score is 680, I work part-time, am buying my own home. If it weren't for the "investments" in real estate training my credit cards wouldn't have much of a balance.. It's time to get started and have the training payoff those expenses incurred, but now they seem to be getting in the way. What can I do????!!! :-(
Any decent lender can get you a piece of paper that says you are qualified for XXX amount. DO NOT PAY for this and do not pay any stupid application fees that a lender or more likely a broker may try to charge you. If they even approach you with that walk away from them.

Agree with the above post, but they will pull a credit report to get you prequalified...
Just an FYI.
Good Luck!

Have you spoken with a loan officer already? If so, is your DTI (debt-ti-income ratio) the barrier? After looking at all thre CRAs and the score that is in the middle is 680, you should not have any barriers getting any type of loan. Feel free to contact me if are still having problems getting pre-qualled.
