How To Get All House Addresses Of New Development?
Hi,
There is a new development which has around 200 homes. I want to send postcard to all these homes. Where can I find the addresses of these new homes? Is there a service out there that would send postcards for me to these new development?

One way is to find out who the developer is and go to their website and pull up the site plan. It will list street names and addresses. Another way would be to go to the county and request this information. It is public information.
or you could just drive by the houses...
I believe the post office will let you send out mass mailings to certain zip codes. This is likely larger than your initial target audience, but would likely involve similar properties
go to a local title company and ask for a list of all new addresses. or find a local mortgage broker or real estate agent that might be able to get it out of the title company.
