How To Find Investors...
Hey all,
I have some really cool ideas for investment strategies that I have been working on for a bit...
I need partners though...
Where would you all look to find potential partners to hear my "pitch," so that I can get started with my new ideas...
I live in Las Vegas, NV specifically, but Im sure you all could help me with some general ideas.
Just to clarify... Im not looking for a realtor or a loan officer, or any "service." Im simply asking for some general ideas on where to find people with money so that we can get this ball rolling...

A simple search of your forum history makes me question the integrity of your request? New ideas will be key? What investment ventures have you completed sucessfully since 2008?

I have been acting as a realtor... Working on a shortsales team... To tell you the truth, I have done little in terms of investment, but have been very active in Real Estate as a professional...
Im just looking for some general suggestions on where a fellow newbie in the investment world would start networking, or mailing, or whatever...
Some advice for you would be to join a real estate investment group. There should be people there willing to partner with you.
