How To Finance Multiple MH At Once?
I have been offered 13 mobile homes as a package deal. The income is outstanding, like 3500 a month! the price is just a little over 120,000. Can you give me some advice on who to contact to get this loan.
Owner financing may be possible but they want money down and 50,000 dollars added to the price.
I am having trouble finding a broker that works with multiple mobile homes.
