How To Bird Dogg For An Investor

some people have emailed me upset they have found deals where investors wont work with them make sure you are doing it right.
1 stay in your state or county
2 go to all local rei clubs people get business cards
3 go get deals first persent them at the REI clubs
4 go to network markting meetings,and seminars talk to people hand out flyers
5 use newspaper ads

remember this is a people business go out and meet people you cant make deals behind a computer.

    Upset? Not the word I would use: try frustrated or exasperated.

    Take it from me: You DO need specifics from your investor(s)!! I tried bringing 3 FSBO leads to a local only to find out that he worked 'only' in foreclosures! Those same leads were also turned down by an investor whom dealt only in commercial properties.

    Long story short: I ended up farming them out to another bird dog with 'established connections'. In exchange, I got advice: Try mortgage brokers, CPAs, loan officers and yes, also call one of those I BUY HOUSES people.
