How To Best Hold The Rehabs?
I currently have 1 property renovating and 2 others we are about to start permitting. I have them held in my LLC but I was wondering if I should move them to their own LLC each?

How long will you hold the properties? What are your objectives with these properties?
My objective is to rehab and sell asap but I was thinking that it is entirely possible that I might end up holding it for a year or so and in that case I would want to take out a equity loan on them. They were all cash purchases and I do not want my funds tied up long as I have other deas in the works
