I've just started dealing with REO's. I've found that simply calling a bank in question and asking for someone who handles thier foreclosures has worked pretty well. I'd start with smaller banks , as branches of larger banks may have one department that handles forclosures and typically retain brokers to handle it. But even they may be of assistance if you explain your situation. Smaller banks will know, first hand, of what REO's are on thier books and are more personable in thier dealings. Especially if local to you.
