How much to get started?
Ok, all you guys here convinced to check out this (lucrative?) thing called Mobile Home investing....so far I've been doing flips and was about to try my hand at Sub-to"s. I Live in West Chicago IL and there are a lot of informed residents here, some don't have a clue but a bunch do there reading and research. Found a few deals but the advertising costs are killing me, also where would be a good place to MH invest.(what State?)...Help
