My contractors are pretty scared of finding out more when the tear out the fire www.damage.The house was appraised for 380K 11 years ago but none of the buyers would get serious about taking the house for $215,000.Say it would cost $100K-$150K to repair and if not sold before summer is over the re stuck! What if the house has to be demolished?
If the dwelling is a fire marshall confirmed tear down...
determine the value of the land if it were a bguildable lot. Then determine the costs for demolition, hauling, and re-grading. If the land requires any variances to current zoning... factor that into your calculations.
I did a search and the only real thing that came up is this person (Lisa Vander) who has a book just coming out about making millions in real estate. Maybe she has something in her book about wild women.
I think I will check into the book once it is in the library.
I received an invitation to an REI convention that was held some time ago. I believe the convention was marketed as the "Wild Women of Real Estate" because all the scheduled speakers were women.
yes, it was a convention with all women speakers. that is why i meantioned Wendy Patton and Robyn Williams. I remember that most of the scheduled speakers were women i had heard of and it seems likely that Wendy and Robyn would be in that group.
