How Much Did You Start With?
I am looking for what people had when they started with Sub 2 investing. I have about 500 in the bank and can't qualify for a large loan for back up financing. Please settle my hesitations in getting into the business. Thanks.
For a sub 2 deal you need 0. Your taking the property subject to the existing financing. Move in a tenant to cover the pymts. Good luck
I would suggest starting with some cash. It comes down to your tollerance. I am a bit concervative so I started with two payments ($2,000) and it took two to sell so it worked fine. Though you can buy with no money all day long I suggest you have some cash for the rainy days. Best to you.
