How Much Capital To Start Tax Deed Investing In CA?
Very new to Tax Deed Investing just want to know:
How much capital does a person need to buy a decent tax defaulted property here in California now a days. I know properties with improvements can go for a bundle.
And also:
How can one determine the price of raw land, any programs or internet site/s I can visit to determine the price of land per sqft or acre, or do I just go with the county assessors assessed value?
How do you rate internet auctions and why?
