How Many Homes Do You Wholesale A Month?

I am just starting out and I was just wondering how many homes on average people wholesale each month. I am trying to set a realistic goal for myself so I would like to hear what other investors are doing each month.

Thanks,
Michelle

Hi, Michelle. Welcome to the boards. Sky's the limit when it comes to deals. It's a matter of what you have time for and what you can handle.

When you take into consideration that for an average flip you'll make about 2-3K, doing just one deal is a good place to start. Not a bad haul for about 5-10 hours work. Good luck.

I wont wholesale a deal for less than $10k. I just dont put my efforts into deals with that small a margin. i dont think there is a thing wrong with doing it for less but I think there is a misconception about wholesale assignment fee's. When I wholesale a deal I look at what the wholesale value is not do I want to make 1,3,5 or 50k but what price can I shop this deal to several knowing experienced investors and get a ten day cash close without leaving money on the table. After three to five hundred deals I am getting the swing of it. <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_cool.gif">
