How Flip A Property In Probate
How can you flip a property in probate? Is it possible to flip a property the same way you do any other property? What question should I ask the probate lawyer when I call her. And what forms should I submit when I offer to purchase the property. End result I have a buyer who wants to buy this property and I want to assigned it to him. Will this create a problem if the sale or contract has to be reviewed by the judge. . Do I have to submit a special form to buy this property. I would like to sound intelligent when talking to the lawyer and offering her option as to how I may purchase the property.

I think you're concerned about the wrong thing here. The lawyer representing the estate can & will tell you how to make your offer for the property, so you don't have to be an expert on that.
But what you do need to worry about is what's the value & what are you going to do with it...unless it's a real bargain & you can make money with it, don't buy it.
As far as you're "flipping a property in probate"...you won't be. Once it is deeded to you, it's no longer in probate.
