How Does This Look?
I have a small rent house that ARV is around $42000. I am hoping to lock it up with an Option to Purchase Agreement for around $18-$20000. Probably needs about $5000 in repairs/updating. I already have an interested buyer that I would assign contract to for around $3-$5000. If I am simply assigning the contract do I need to send the contracts to the title company or let my buyer handle that? Let me know how this looks to you!!
On line access to public records is county specific in VA. What county are you interested in?
I have deals all over virginia I am researching, is there a list of these websites you can send to me by counties.
