How Do You Stop A Sale In Georgia WITHOUT Filing BANKRUPTCY?
I need more time-the sale is 4th and i have not heard from the lender (cw)after 3 calls-no answer-will get back with me is what i am getting. no time left-what would you do? THANKS
Simple, speak to the bank and overnight the money that is owed. Loan is reinstated, take as much time as you need. If you buy the property this amount will have to be paid anyways.
If the bank will not talk to you, you need to speak to the attorneys representing the bank. They will give you a person to call regarding the foreclosure.
Who is the attorney, Morris and Schneider? They are the largest foreclosure attnys in Georgia. try www.msplaw.com

watch out to see if there are local laws that regulate this like CA Foreclosure Consultant Law.
