How Do You Protect Your Deal From Investors " Sub 2"
HI all, what do you have to sign in order to protect your deal from investor? I found a good deal & investor like it but wants to do Subj 2 ? Do I have to sign assignmt letter or something else.
Without a question....it sure sounds like an article to me.

Just to inform, the above was cut and pasted from a post on another website. Nobody knows if it really happened. I personally have my doubts to the validity of the post above. Cutting and pasting from another site...one that Da Wiz got banned from...should not be taken as fact unless the info can be verified. I have a major problem with someone cutting and pasting things and assuming they are factual.
We all know why this post was made.

Just a scare tactic to start a fight.
If this was a true information gathering post it would have been simply asked "Has anyone had a DOS called" .
Which is why I am locking this thread before it gets bloody.
