How Do You Go About Placing A Lien On A Property?

How exactly is that done? Say for instance your seller wants xxx amount of money and is willing to wait until the property sells. How can a lien be placed on the property so the seller can get his money?

Give him a note and deed of trust in Texas. You need to find out if you live in a deed of trust state or mortgage state. Do you have court ordered foreclosures or nonjidicial foreclosures. Our deed of trusts are recorded at the courthouse and become liens against the property. I can help you with the forms and send you a sample copy

    Good LUCK and HAPPY HOLIDAYS

    Hope this helps some

Although you will occur an expense, a visit to an attorney is very wise until you know what you are doing.

Unfortunatly all of the expenses seem to come at the beginning when you have no money!
