If you decide to get licensed, Remax and Century 21 has franchised schools. Sometimes they will defer payment if you sign a contract with them to be there agent for a set amount of time, where your commisions would pay off the loan. Any search engine should be able to pull it up. Here in Florida they advertise in the paper, and on cable stations.

    Good Luck,

The prior poster is most correct. You are desired by the major portion of the Real Estate profession. You see every new comer to Real Estate usualy has at least two deals in him. Why, cause something has stimulated their interest and among their many friends, relations, drinking and bowling acquaintances is someone ready to buy or sell a piece of property.

My theory of entering into the Real Estate Profession is to go to one of the larger firms which are loaded with new comers. They will help with the license and you should always bring something with you. Something to light up the Brokers eyes. I suggest you bring with you the idea to open and run for him a Renting Agency as an adjunct to the regular Real Estate stuff. Nice part of Renting and leasing is you do not have to wait for the close of escrow. The money is imediate. Your earned commission is in your hand. Merely a simple deduct as you hand in the check for the first and last months rent, or in a lease the lease deposit amount. So you have imediate money and your new employer, the friendly broker is impressed and guess what he throws stuff your way.

Now is not that fun? OK now here it comes the magic words. Go Do It. Do not pass go do not collect the $200 go directly to the Real Estate Office. You are now a valued employ. Enjoy.

    Cheers Lucius
