How Do You Get Them To Sell? Advice?
I am interesting in buying a rental next to my house. It is currently occupied my three terrible tenants that have destroyed the place. When these three dregs of society move out I want to contact the owner and inquire if he would be interested in selling the place to me. My thought is that this is his only rental place (this is what the other neighbors told me) and that after he see what a wreck it is that he might be motivated to sell rather than sink more money into fix it.
How would you pitch the idea to him? Would you ask him to name his price or just name a price to get him interested? I have never done this so I need some advice from RE investors that have. Thank you so much.
