A deed is a document drawn up, signed, and notorized that transfers ownership of real property.
Each state has it's own specific requirements on what must be included in the deed. So far I have always required that the sellers obtain an attorney to draw up the deed.
If you want the form yourself, just go to the county recorder's office and look up any recent deed and copy the language making changes as needed.
