I personally have not gotten any leads from Craigs list.
The only thing that works for me is to find the most read newspaper for each area and post an ad in the rentals section. I do pay for the internet inclusion for the ad. I also add my email address. I also try to either bold, center, or use @@ or *** to make my add stand out if the paper is cluttered. I keep it simple but add something (great yard)(2 Masters)(3car garage) if there is something unique or special about the house. I always list a price but now add /neg. if I think I should.
