How Do U Find Motivated Sellers?
Hey Guys I am fairly new to this board. I have been reading on wholesaling properties by Ron Legrand and William Bronchick but i was just wondering how you guys out there go about finding motivated sellers. See i live in a high priced area San Diego, Ca where our median price is about 400,000.00. Now how do people find motivated sellers in a market like this. To me i just find it to difucult plus our market is very hot! Any words out there of encouragement. Im only 22 and Full Time US NAVY but i want to start My REI part time. But with this Market i find it hard too. Thanks
