How Do Ou Approach A Bank About Buying A Property They Own?
I have been looking at a boarded up single-family that i ride by fairly often. It would be perfect for splitting into two aprtments. when i went to the courthouse I found out that the owner lost it in a sheriffs sale a couple of months ago. I need to know how to approach the bank about purchasing it from them. And can I expect a discount from them?
What do you do once you know who the attorney is? Can you contact the attorney and deal directly with them?
