How Do Most Of You Find Buyers?

I know the main thing is probably advertising in local newspapers, but what else is there? And how do you secure a Buyer until you find properties?

    There are meny ways to find buyers. Go to your local Real Estate Club and talk with some people. Look in the newspapers for adds that say "we buy homes" Word of mouth. Talk to your accountant or lawyer they might be interested or know of people who might be.
