How Do I Wholesale A Deal To A Retail Buyer?
I have a property that is under contract w/ a closing date in 2 weeks. This is a bank REO. How do I wholesale this to a retail buyer who is approved for a mortgage? If I use transactional funding to close and then sell to my buyer, I will run into seasoning issues and the mortgage lender would be suspicious of the transaction. Am I over thinking this?
