How Do I Structure To Sell?
I have a property I own and have a T/B in it. He wants to buy it and wants me to owner finance.
I am doing a L/O on it for 142K, he paid 4200 at the signing in February as an option payment to me for a 18 month option. He is paying 900 a month now.
Any help is appreciated
Nobody here has done or has any suggestions on how to structure a seller finance to a tenant buyer??
