How Do I Obtain A Home Equity Sales Contract?
I'm a long time reader and first time poster. In regards to purchasing pre-foreclosures, the law in California requires specific provisions be included in the purchase contract. Can any member suggest how to obtain one of these Home Equity Sales Contract for the purchase of foreclosures without hiring an attorney for $$ to personally write up a contract?

Call the following:
A title company
A realtor who's a member of a big MLS
A stationery store.
All of these routinely have form contracts which they can make available. The title co. is probably best if they have one that meets your needs. The Broker is next the stationery store is least likely to take local law into account.
