How Do I Find Properties ??
Its not as easy as most people make it seem, Ive been driving all over town, and taking pictures etc....I just submitted another list to my skip tracer today and hope theres a possible deal in this batch.
Any other methods recommended that brings in lots & lots of deals without spending your whole entire days just driving around looking for vacanyt properties

What types of properties are you looking for?
How are you buying them? (shorts, cash, sub. to)???
What do you do with them (flip, wholesale, rehab, buy and hold)?
In most cases you should be looking for SELLERS more than properties.
A bit more information and you'll get better answers.
Ive been combing through neighborhoods for vacant houses to wholesale.
A- They want to much for them
B- They have already been bought-out by other investors..
Im looking for the same answers..for wholesaling

There are several different methods out
there to find properties. Whether it be
pre-foreclosures, MLS listings, probate
sales, tax lien sales, FSBO, trustee sales, HUD, VA, etc... The sky is the limit. I recommend you pick two or three and stick to those methods. Sooner or later you will find a deal.

This evening the phone rang. the voice spoke.
"Hi there my name is Thomas and I want to buy your house. If you are having trouble selling it or are in foreclosure or would just like to get rid of it. Call me. Just think you can save all that money on Brokers Commission and I will pay you all cash, right now. I am ready, are you?
If you want to call me push the number one on your phone and leave me a message." So I did.
This is the first direct call I have ever received. It was primative and what kind of a list he is calling on I do not know. Of course I keep that line listed with the Telephone Co. and it is in the Yellow pages under Idiot. But this is the first.
You might consider such an action. I await your call.
