How Do I Find Investors Needing An Agent In Florida?

I am in Florida and my brother attends a lot of tax sales and we do a lot of researching. We are interested in representing folks who would like to make purchases at the various county tax deed sales as well as helping with research and photos and the like.
I am not sure how to go about finding clients who need that kind of representation or help.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Post an ad in the paper, "Investors, I will help you break into the lucrative tax deed business Call XXX-XXX-XXXX"

Your answer may be right here on TCI and the internet.

I hand out flyers at the auctions because 90% of the attendees are Newbies without a clue of how the process works. Keep in mind, however that many also have CASH money to spend.

So, I hand out my litttle flyer directing the attendees to my investor network website. Once there, they can easily see that hiring a mentor can be a lot more productive than staking out the auction where wannabe investors usually run prices up to 90% of the After Repair Value of the home - losers. LOL

Then we throw in some television advertising which is cheaper than you may think and "voala" you have investors clamouring for your service.

    Hope this helps.
