How Do I Become A Hard Money Lender?
Hello All
I have a mortgage brokerage business in Florida and have recently been approached by some big investors. They are looking to invest in my company to become a hard money lender, trouble is I cannot find the resources out there to assist with advice on how to accomplish this. Any one have any advice? Should I look at a REIT instead, if so can anyone please enlighten me?
