How Did U Find Your Realator?
I got my license recently and quit my day job (2morrow is last day!!!). I want to know what advertising works, and what doesnt. Since a lot of you use a RE agent or are one yourself, why not ask TCI ppl!
So...
1) how did you find your agent/broker?
2)what form of Ad do u hold on to (pen, magnet...)
3) what gets thrown out right away?
4) what would catch you attention?

about networking, did u every go to any clubs, if so which are better/worthwile ex. rotary club ect. have u held any investor tips at a condo, or a community with an association in attempts to attract business/clients?
it does, the two ppl i am working with now are the two ppl that i have been showing up to the same place to for a year now (last job at safeway). they certaintly would have never had said, hey help me sell my home if i handed them a pen, so i get the point. its always a friend of a friend, and i want to be that friend
