How can I obtain legal forms for Lease Purchasing?
I'm new to rei and wanted to know how I can obtain the legal forms needed to do a lease purchasing deal. If i want to add a clause to one of the forms do I have to word it in a certain way? I am eager to start.
Would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
Welcome,
I suggest you check out the shop area on TCI and I also suggest the following information on the web. Has 5 free lease op forms

Bertunia,
Glad to meet you.
If you are looking for some generic forms to get started, I would advise that you re think your getting started process.
If you tell us what State you are from this will be a great help, then someone from your State may have paperwork that is State Specific and has proven to comply with the legal requirements when using your investment methods.
I just want you to start off on the right foot, so do not let this stop you from getting started only make sure you are ready paperwork wise.

Thanks for the advice!
You're Welcome,
I also use Microsoft.com for a lot of my forms.
As always, it is best to have a legal professional to look over any forms to make sure that they comply with any State Law.

Hmmm, the contract is the key to L/O. If your contract is not worded right, you could be in some shizz of your own. Make sure your contracts are all in favor for you to walk away. Its an option not an obligation... But learn your contracts inside and out so you can roll with it.
I am from Pennsylvania....does anyone have lease purchase agreements for PA.?Just thought i would ask

I am from California....does anyone have lease purchase agreements and other legal forms for CAL?
