How Can I Get Started With Bad Credit And No Cash At A Young Age?????
I am very interested in owning for my self, renting,etc.I've been look around at the county court and asking around and no one wants to help. How do I go about getting liens and pre-forclosure info in the silicon valley? Is there a website I can go to or a book i should buy? Also I see everyone talking about mentors. Should they be an agent or just someone that knows the business? Can anyone help me with a few suggestions? How can I get started with bad credit and no cash? I am only 22yrs old and want to start investing and know that Rei is the best way for me to invest. Any help would be great.

Pick up some books on being a bird dog. I know Johnlocke has one on this site (I believe) never read it, but ask around. That way you can learn to start looking and find props for others, and make some comission. At some point take that cash and buy your own.
