I recently signed up for the Daily Commerce a newpaper that gives a listing of people who are in Notice of Default. I have the full name and address how can I get a contact phone number.

I generally go to www.yahoo.com and then select People Search. Sometimes I USE www.MELISSADATA.COM
or even BIGFOOT. You can also use
Telephone book of the area concerned
thru some Library to locate people.

The paper that you subscribed to, is it just for one county?

No, It is for Riverside County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County.
