How can I purchase a foreclosure and put it in my business name?

Simple- just tell them HB Inc. is the buyer.

Doing it with borrowed money is more complex...

or even more flexible if you assign, "Joe Blow or assigns" as the buyer.

Most standard Realtor contracts have a clause preventing assignment- third from last on ours. I just put a line through it on all offers.

You will have to provide photo I.D. for "Homeland Security" reasons, so the government will know who the buyer is, but this information will not show up at the county courthouse.

When do you do that? I never had to include a photo I.D. to purchase my last two property...

Or was that because they were soley in my name?
