How About...
Is there any way to get a major National Title Company to let us as members access their database so we can get our own information ...from comparables to O & E's. Property owner information? Ive heard of but cant find the particular National title company that provides this service. We would log onto their site and with our own password access the info we need without bothering anyone to help. Anybody?
Also ...I believe that there are some people that want to or.. do buy properties that are not in their home state. It has to be difficult, but after reading and learning here at TCI for the past month or so I trully believe that there are good honest folk here. People that dont mind helping someone from a distant state pursue..offer...close and make a deal profitable. The E-BAY format comes to mind because there are projects that will end up in the toilet... (just human nature) but If you are graded on your history and how you have behaved in the past there is a possibility you can really come out very well paid especially if you live in places like Fl..Nev.. Tx.. Ohio...where there are to many deals for the people that live there. Make it a win ..win ..win situation ..we all work together and we all profit. Anybody??
