How about a Neewbie Info Area
I know there is alot to learn from real people..but what about an area.....that covers comp websites......methods of finding buyers/sellers (motivated ofcourse) and anything the "vet's" would allow published dto a registered member of the site.
This would have to be discussed with the "vet's" and would save a lot of redundant questioning.
I know most "real" situations are different.... so specific questions could be directed towards the forums.
Just a suggestion.

I am not sure what you are asking. As for comp websites we do have the web links area where you can add a website that you like that has helped you in the past, and we also have the FAQ area.
If you have a question that you would like to see in the FAQ area, please contact the moderator of that forum.
I was thinking of a small how to type are...like some simple ways to market your house to buy or sell.....
tips on various other things that the "new" guy wouldn't think about.
Just an idea.....
