if you want a birddog fee for that house why would you post the sellers number on here??? wouldn't you want to speak to the investor first so you can work out your fee
To nyinvestor, I did post my phone number and did get calls from investors, there was rush for offers and I took a chance by putting her phone number in the post. I probably will not do this again. I am keeping up with the lady on the bids and I know who is bidding and what prices.
"Renters tore up the house.." What kind of repairs are needed? Have you visited this house? Is the area going down in value? Im only asking because out of curiosity I pulled comps and I would say between 80-85k on a good sell. With repairs and closing costs how much will be made on this property?
