Homesaversusa

We applied to Homesaversusa because we had gotten so far behind on our mortgage that a sale date had been set. They were most sympathetic and said they could help us. We sent them $520.00 and to my knowledge they did nothing. It was two days until the sale date and they suggested that we file Chapter 13 using a lawyer that they recommended. We did file, but not with their lawyer. Of course the fine print says that if we do not lose our home that they keep our money, which they did. I asked them how they sleep at night. Now my computer is blocked from communicating with them. They take advantage of desperate people. When you are about to lose your home you will try anything. We have learned a hard lesson. >smile

Have you complained to your state's Attorney General (AG) ? It's possible that others have been ripped off as well and have filed complaints. Why not do your part to help others avoid your lesson? Call your AG.
