Just did a short sale with Homecomings. They called to say the confirmation letter will be faxed tomorrow. They discounted a mortgage with a principal of 106k down to a 43k payoff. They were very easy to work with. Because the owner had filed bankruptcy they only required a purchase agreement and HUD for a short sale package. Just threw in some drama and was there for the BPO.
