I sold a home prior to market crash. purchaser is not taking care of property, just the opposite he is ruining it. I may likely get the property back soon. My question is is there any legal recourse I can take to force return of property if he is making payments on time(ie destruction of property, poor faith in care of property)? Also, is there any insurance that I can take out to protect my interest?
I hope someone else has ideas about this. This is one of the downsides to owner financing. I hope you are getting a high interest rate on the loan. What makes you think you will get the property back if he is current on th eloan?
