Home Buying Flow Chart
Was just curious if anyone has put together a flow chart for the seller to maybe better understand how the whole process of us buying sub2 works. I purchased the seller presentation from louis brown and its good but if there were some actual charts a person could follow it may simplify things for them, especially different ones providing different options they may have.Yes there are some less than bright individuals out there.

You really don't need to explain the details of a sub-2 purchase to them. It's really too complicated for people uneducated in real estate. If they don't understand, they will always say no. They just need to know you're solving their problems. Leave the details up to you. John Locke's course has some good flow charts, but they are for your benefit, not the seller.
Sorry let me reword that. What I am saying is that a flow chart would be good to show the sellers their different options in regards to what they can do with their property. Just basically a chart showing how we as investors step in and the choices that the seller has. I am going to put some together and see what happens.

Keep it simple.
More options and fluff of showing this and that confuses people.
And a confused mind always says no.
