Anyone out there familiar with Holyoke Mass? Is it a good investment area? Is it up and coming or not?

    I agree with the posts above on Holyoke. It has a very very long way to go. What types of properties are you looking for? Rehabs, singles, multis?

    You may want to try looking in the Gardner area and along route 2. There are many good deals in these areas. If you want to talk further feel free to PM me.
