HOLDING THE SECOND MORTGAGE UPDATE
Thanks to everyone for your great advice. I have talked to so many attorneys. I am actually going to try to sell the property even though I am holding the second but was told i could so I have to try to at least get some of my money which is better than losing it all. Maybe the first will take a short and i can get some of my money, as I really am not in the position to purchase the property back. thanks to all of you
