we are construction types and i have been doing resaerch , i have a way also covered in Sheets work that can work well with everyone interested. if you are only making a wage and really are looking to to change that you need to become a Croporation, you need an investor, and laborers that know the trade well, then invest in ran down fixers that can be fixed in less than 30 days, which most can be done in less than 2 weeks when you have a team that knows the trade well.buy and sell at 20,000 less than going prices, faster turn overs and faster cash to everone. grin

You may be able to go to your local library and get the Lesko book for free also. The library is a great source of information. Use Amazon and Ebay to find what you are looking for, and then check your library to see if they carry it.

It is even more helpful if you library has its catalog on file. Use your Library, it is a great source and best of all it is free (or at least already paid for through taxes).

    Good luck.

    Try www.grants.gov....

Any grant that is issued by governmental agency should be listed here.
