We are just starting out in the buying, fixing, and selling business and have great oppty in the newark, nj area. Its a pre foreclosure full rehab for 62k, the owner just wants out. Comps come in around 180-200k.
We want to do buy the supplies on our own and just find sets of handymen to do the job. Does anyone who has some experience in this feel this is a good approach or is there another way to approach the rehab. The house needs siding, windows and all new inside. Its a single family 23 by 44. 3 beds with an attic and basement.
Any input would be appreciated.
