Here's The Deal.
I am a 22 year old RE agent in Ohio. I recently switched companies. The company that I am currently with deals a lot with HUD and foreclosures. A partner of mine said to me today, that are company has too many of these listings and that about 50 of them are going to go to auction, to clear our list out a bit. He said that we need to find investors and let them know about all these properties because they will all need representation, and said to brainstorm about how we could find them. So now i'm here..... hoping that I am talking to people that are 20X smarter than I am, what should I do!?!? Valley, I would reccomend going to the top of this page and clicking on Groups, and then click on Ohio and you should have a start. And check in your local phone book for REI groups in your neighborhood.
Valley what part of Ohio. I am just getting into REI and wanted to mainly stay in Northern Kentucky but if you are close to Cincinnati let me know.
